Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent a letter to me regarding the reordering of my shipment.

It took them awhile to respond initially.

Until my 3rd letter re same. Thank you to Pissed Consumer

I have sent emails 3 times regarding my order and they just keep sending me the tracking number. No one has reached out to me about my order. I thought their orders are ensured. Their customer service stinks. I never had a problem with 2 previous orders.

I have contacted Ahava support numerous times to cancel my subscription. since I cant cancel on their website.

But there isnt any help at all. They keep sending me their very expensive lotion and I cant pay $82 dollars for a bottle of lotion is just outrageous.! Tried to email them many times with no help or response from them. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute any transaction from ahava and if my credit card company cant resolve it,!

Im gonna have to close my credit card account on them. Shame on you ahava.

You will never get anymore business from or any of my friends and family members. You people are nothing but a bunch of money sucking leeches.

I received the priority label for the return but, the product contains alcohol and the USPS would not take it . They said that they need a ground label . Ahava sent an email with a priority label attached.

I tried to order extreme serum at 40% discount as advertised but I was unable as it told the serum did not qualify for the discount although it was advertised as such. I have not heard back from AHAVA I am still waiting for a response Please resend my complaint

Want to cancel order before it goes thru

I sent an email asking about which product is best for me. When I didnt get an answer right away, I made an order for Cyber Monday. I received an answer today, and I ordered the wrong products. I would like to cancel my order, and make another one today, Tuesday the 28th, so I can still get the Cyber Monday discount.

Question about order and not applying BOGO

I placed the order below #315497, and was VERY disappointed when I realized after placing it, that I didnt get credit for the BOGO SALE FALL BONUS that was advertised at the time. I know I got some kind of discount, but cant figure out what it was. Ive been ordering from you for almost 10 years and have never had this confusion before. Please explain where the BOGO discounts are on the bill of sale, or recalculate and give me credit or a refund. Thank you.

No I will not rate these products due to receiving the same order twice and tried to stop second order placed by mistake. You wont send a return tag. I tried five minutes after I placed first order to stop shipment, to get a response that it already shipped. Why have Customers that you are not willing to help. You never even added a product I asked to place on first order

AHAVA - Product discounts
When the customer needed help, there was nobody there to help. I made a purchase and tried to apply a discount, but the discount did not apply for some reason. I needed help to change the order then since there was no discount. But nobody was there to help me. Then I received the order confirmation next day. I like the products very much but this customer service experience was very disappointing! It makes me rethink about this product line.
